Quotation
Pricing is calculated from yarn, knitting time, finishing, quantity, labels, packaging and delivery requirements.
Yarn & stitch trial
Yarn colors, gauge and special stitches are confirmed before the complete sample when necessary.
Sample development
Fit, measurements, workmanship, finish and handfeel are refined through comments and revisions.
Pre-production approval
The final sample, size chart, color, labels and packing method are confirmed before bulk.
Bulk production
Production begins after the deposit is received and the order details are confirmed. Knitting, linking, finishing and assembly follow the approved specifications.
Quality inspection
Inline checks and final inspection cover workmanship, measurements, shade, finish and packing. Buyer-nominated third-party inspection is accepted.
Delivery
The balance is completed before shipment. Goods can be prepared for express, air freight, sea freight or collection by your nominated forwarder.

What to know before starting your project
What is your minimum order quantity?+
MOQ starts from 100 pieces per color for suitable custom developments. Final MOQ may depend on yarn, color, construction and finishing requirements.
How much does sampling cost?+
The standard sample fee starts from US$30. It is refundable when the corresponding order reaches 100 pieces.
How long does sampling take?+
Typical sample development takes 7–15 working days after the specifications, material direction and payment are confirmed. Complex finishes may require additional trials.
When does the bulk production lead time begin?+
The typical 25–45 day bulk lead time begins from the date we receive the deposit and confirm the production details.
What are your payment terms?+
Our standard term is a 30% deposit, with the remaining 70% balance paid before shipment.
Which trade terms do you support?+
EXW, FOB and DDP can be supported. The final term, shipping route and related charges are confirmed for each destination and order.
Can we arrange an independent inspection?+
Yes. Buyer-nominated or third-party inspection can be arranged before shipment. Inspection timing and requirements should be confirmed in advance.
How do you control specialty finishes?+
Wash, spray effect, shade range, shrinkage, measurements and handfeel are confirmed against an approved sample or reference standard before bulk production.
All prices, lead times and commercial terms are subject to final confirmation based on yarn availability, product complexity, finishing requirements, order quantity and delivery destination.
