Color effect development
Spray effects are developed around placement, intensity, color transition and garment construction. We define visual checkpoints during sampling so the finished bulk order retains the intended character.
Development sequence
We identify placement, coverage, edge softness and target color direction.
A sample establishes the application method and approximate visual range.
Approved images and physical samples guide bulk operators and QC.
Placement and intensity are checked throughout the finishing batch.
For brands and sourcing teams
Yushengda develops spray-dyed and airbrushed knitwear in Dongguan, China, for private-label fashion collections. Bring a placement reference, yarn direction, size range and quantity by color. Suitable developments start from 100 pieces per color. The sample review defines color coverage, gradient direction and acceptable variation; a digital reference alone cannot establish a repeatable bulk standard.
No. Spray development focuses on where color is applied and how the edges and intensity transition. Garment washing changes the finished garment through a selected treatment, while tie-dye effects follow a different pattern-making process. Effects can sometimes be combined, but the sequence and yarn compatibility require review.
Organic effects should be approved as a controlled visual range, not as pixel-identical copies. Define front, back, sleeve and seam boundaries, the darkest and lightest acceptable areas, and any zones that must remain clear. Check the effect on the agreed size range rather than approving only one photograph.
Provide a marked placement image, preferred composition, gauge or garment-weight direction, measurements and quantity by color. Identify any branding that must remain visible. Standard sampling is typically 7–15 working days after confirmation and payment, but new spray trials may take longer. We confirm feasibility and timing for the actual project before production.
