Which yarn should I choose for a vintage-washed sweater?+
Start with the required appearance, season and care expectations, then review the proposed composition with us. Cotton, wool and blended yarns do not respond identically to a treatment. A reference photo is a visual target, not proof that every fiber can reproduce that result. Confirm the actual yarn and stitch through a trial.
How should a buyer approve the washed effect?+
Use a physical finished sample to agree the shade range, measurement condition, handfeel and acceptable variation. Record which dimensions are checked after washing. For a vintage effect, distinguish intentional tonal variation from unacceptable panel differences or damage. Final inspection should use the same approved standard.
What do I need for a quotation and sample?+
Send front and back references, composition preference, gauge or weight direction, size chart, quantity by color and destination. Typical sampling is 7–15 working days after specifications and payment are confirmed; additional wash trials may extend it. Bulk production is typically 25–45 days from deposit and confirmation of production details, excluding shipping.
